How Winter Wedding Décor will welcome Guests to your Wedding

Using winter décor is the perfect way to welcome your guests to your warm and inviting wedding.  A lovely wow factor to create a winter wonderland for your guests can be easily obtained with beautiful greenery, delicate white lights, and white candles to light your guests entranceway, like you see pictured above.    You can provide a warm welcome at the entry with hot cider or you can decorate champagne glasses with a sprig of holly or drop a cranberry in to float about for added fun. Bright colorful ribbons and garlands of pine and ivy gracing stair rails and wreaths, accented by sprigs of cranberries, holly, or poinsettias can be most pleasing.

Winter Décor Ideas

Red and white roses, white spider or burgundy mums are popular wedding bouquet choices. Feathery ferns with sprigs of holly (watch out for the thorns!), and evergreen add elements of green grace. Succulents are pretty fillers as are dried flowers, berries, and seed pods can easily grace your bouquets. White is always a very popular when you combine it with red and gold, but soft greys and purple are also lovely choices for your wedding wedding décor.

Bring the Outdoors In for Natural Wedding Décor

Red poinsettias and evergreen wreaths are a lovely combination for winter wedding décor. A wintry display of crystal snowflakes and tiny lights complement any setting. Small branches sprayed white add interest to floral displays, and a smattering of pinecones and cranberries look particularly festive. When you spray small clear Christmas balls with a snowy dusting you can grace your table tops with wintry delight. You can also add winter wedding touches to an arch with red blooms or cranberries accented by crystal stars or icicles.  Spray pinecones white for a wonderful wintery place card holder. Similarly, mini woven wreaths can also be used to direct your guest seating. Small drapes of beads in silver and gold are also great for winter wedding décor.  Evergreen accented with small Christmas balls in a variety of colors replete with pretty ribbons also help to enhance your wonderful winter wedding celebration.  Let us know how we can make your wedding dreams come true!
