Daytime Cocktail Reception Menu

Glasses of chilled champagne handed out by our award winning staff will greet everyone as they enter the Riverview room. Friendly bartenders will prepare everyone’s favorite libations. Shortly, a large variety of piping hot hors d’oeuvres will be passed butler style; continuously for the first hour as guests explore the variety of attended chef’s stations around the room. Before long, a silver chafing display will open with four hot hors d’oeuvre style entrees as our expertly trained chefs begin cooking food to order in the display kitchen. As your custom designed wedding cake is cut, a Petite Viennese Display with freshly baked butter cookies, imported biscotti and pastries is offered to your friends and family. Our certified executive chef will work with you to design a custom menu that will showcase your individuality.
