Nicole Hoffman

Wedding Specialist

Nicole has been instrumental in designing the Alumni club, and our couples and their families are able to return to Clarks Landing; creating lifetime relationships and memories.

Nicole was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and graduated from Rutgers College. Previously Nicole worked in the city for a premiere law firm and a national children’s clothing company prior to moving to the Jersey shore with her family. She worked for Clarks Landing Marina for years before discovering her love for the wedding industry and becoming our Wedding and Event Coordinator. The initial success of Clarks Landing Yacht Club Caterers was largely due to Nicole’s winning personality and amazing attention to detail. She makes each couple feel like they are only bride and groom we have ever hosted a wedding for.

Kristin Chironna

Wedding Specialist

Kristin has been helping brides and grooms realize their dream wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club since 2012.

A native of New York, Kristin’s career began at the iconic Windows on the World venue in 1997. She’s had the privilege of working at many different amazing spaces including Noche in Times Square and Guastavino’s under the 59th Street bridge and many others. Throughout her career, Kristin has planned an array of different events including not only weddings but television and movie premiers, Broadway Show openings, holiday parties and much moreIn 2007, Kristin with her husband and two daughter’s moved to New Jersey. After staying home for a bit with her little ones, Kristin was honored to come on board with Clarks Landing Yacht Club. Since then, she has helped plan hundreds of weddings for our wonderful brides and grooms.

Donald Calello

General Manager

Don loves the Disney way and often refers to those principles in the operation of Clarks Landing.

Educated at University of Denver Business School, majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management. During holidays and summers he learned to love weddings working at the renowned Chanticler in Millburn, New Jersey. Years later, a chance interview for a part time banquet waiter started his 19 year career with the company beginning at the Berkeley Plaza, our first venue, in Berkeley Heights. As the company expanded Don traveled to assist at Chateau Grande in Lakewood, The Bradford Estate in Hainesport, and Clarks Landing in Delran finally ending up as general manager of Vanity Fare caterers in Lakewood. The zenith of his career has been as General Manager at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant where he has personally presided at almost 1100 weddings since it's opening in 2009. Don's personality and sheer passion for the wedding industry has enabled him and the Clarks Landing Staff to become the premier caterer at the Jersey Shore by continually evolving and challenging themselves to do everything different and better.

Our Executive Chef

Chef Hassan Mohamed

How fortunate for us that even with a marketing degree; Certified Executive Chef Hassan Mohamed decided to study culinary, hotel and restaurant management in Europe for 7 years, working in food-centric countries like Italy and France. After years of studying abroad Hassan came to the USA in 1981. He worked for various restaurants around the state of New Jersey; all while diligently studying with the American Culinary Federation to earn the title: Certified Executive Chef. Chef finds his inspiration for his dishes in some of his favorite leisure time activities such as cruising the Caribbean and reading books. Hassan’s international culinary experience and his vast travels have been his inspiration for our Clarks Landing's legendary wedding cocktail hour, which he modelled after the style of a cruise ship.
